This policy covers personal data we collect through our website, through direct communication with you, and through your use of our software. Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect:

• Enquiry data: name, email, company name, phone number, and anything you include in a message to us.

• Client data: billing details, contract information, and business contact details.

• Account and usage data (software users): login details, account settings, and information about how you use our software, such as features accessed and activity logs.

• Payment data: handled by our payment processor (Stripe); we do not store full card details ourselves.

3. Why we use it, and our legal grounds

We use personal data to respond to enquiries, evaluate and manage business relationships, provide and operate our services and software, manage contracts and billing, communicate with you, and keep proper records.

We rely on one or more of these grounds: performance of a contract (or steps before entering one); your consent (e.g. when you submit a form or accept non-essential cookies); our legitimate interests in running and improving our business; and compliance with legal obligations such as accounting rules.

We do not sell personal data.

We use trusted providers to run our business, including payment processing (Stripe), CRM, email infrastructure, cloud hosting, and analytics. They process personal data only as needed to provide their service to us, under appropriate contractual protections. We may also disclose data where required by law.

We operate globally and serve clients worldwide, so personal data may be transferred outside the European Economic Area. Where it is, we put appropriate safeguards in place, such as Standard Contractual Clauses or another lawful transfer mechanism.

6. Acting on behalf of clients

When we deliver outbound and lead generation services, we process personal data on our clients' instructions. In that context our client is the data controller and we act as their processor under a separate Data Processing Agreement (DPA). This Privacy Policy governs data for which we are the controller (our website, our own communications, and our software accounts).

7. Data retention

We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above, including to meet legal, accounting, or contractual requirements. When it is no longer needed, we securely delete or Anonymize it.

8. Security

We use reputable providers and reasonable technical and organisational measures, such as encryption, access controls, and secure hosting, to protect personal data. No system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you can request to access, correct, delete, restrict, or port your personal data, and object to processing based on legitimate interests.
